1280×1024 High-Resolution Thermal Imaging Sight

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The 1280×1024 Uncooled Thermal Imaging Sight uses a high-resolution uncooled infrared detector with 12 μm pixel pitch and 8–14 μm spectral response. Combined with an 85 mm F/1 optical system and high-resolution OLED display, it provides detailed thermal imaging for nighttime and low-visibility observation. The system also supports image calibration, electronic magnification, polarity switching, gain and brightness adjustment in a rugged integrated platform.
MAIN FEATURES
The system combines 1280×1024 uncooled thermal imaging with a 12 μm detector and NETD ≤40 mK for high-detail infrared observation. Its 85 mm F/1 optics provide a nominal 10°×7.5° field of view, while the OLED viewing system delivers high-resolution image presentation. The device supports automatic calibration, 2× electronic image magnification, thermal polarity switching, mode selection, video gain adjustment and brightness control, with external video and RS232 interfaces available for system integration.

DETAILS INTRODUCTION
Construction and Working Principle The product mainly consists of an objective lens group, a base group, an eyepiece lens group, an eye mask group, and a lens gun connection seat. The base group, as the core component, consists of a base, a detector group, and a battery component.
Product composition and functions
1.Objective lens group
The objective lens group adopts a linear moving focal length adjustment method, and rotates the focus handwheel to achieve a clear image from 20m to infinity, with good ergonomic efficiency.
2. Base body group
The base group is equipped with a focal plane assembly and a power supply group, and the two ends are connected to the objective lens group and the eyepiece group respectively. The base body group is the connection center of the system. The integrated design effectively enhances the connection strength of the mirror gun, reduces the sealing link, and improves the reliability of the entire machine.
Manually operate the button module on the substrate to perform power switch, uniform correction, thermal polarity conversion, 2x image amplification and mode conversion on the product.
3. Eyepiece group
The eyepiece group consists of an OLED fixing group, an optical axis adjustment mechanism and an eyepiece imaging system. The optical axis adjustment mechanism consists of an eyepiece connecting base, a locking pressing ring and an adjustment nail to correct the offset between the OLED display center and the optical axis center of the eyepiece imaging system.
The main function of the eyepiece group is to convert the images on the OLED display for human eyes to observe.
4. Eye mask set
When using the gun, the eye mask set presses tightly on the front end of the white light scope to ensure that there is no light leakage at the junction and provide effective protection for the user.
5.Mirror gun connection seat
The mirror gun connection seat is a Picatinny quick clamping mechanism, which is connected to the gun through a press plate and locked with a nut. Reliable connection and fast loading and unloading.
Work principle
The objective lens converges the target infrared light waves onto each sensitive element located in the infrared detector. The infrared detector samples the corresponding timing drive of the readout circuit to form a continuous analog signal. The signal is amplified by image enhancement and control circuit, A/D conversion, non-uniformity compensation, and image enhancement, and forms a standard video signal and is sent to an OLED display. The display image is enlarged by the eyepiece and observed and aimed at the target.
